Hello, I'd like to introduce myself (and my family), I'm Andy, this is my wife Felicity and our twin girls Adeline and Emmeline.

After 14 years in the industry, working for one of the UK's main suppliers for radiators, it was time for a new challenge. Noticing a literal gap in the market where I live in Central Suffolk and not wanting to stray too far from what I know, I decided to open my own outlet to supply the local demand.

My first career was in manufacturing, as a toolmaker, this combined with my unique position of working for a main supplier I feel, brings a deeper understanding of the whole process, from the factory to your home. Most importantly I want to use this experience and knowledge, to give you the customer an easy and enjoyable purchase.
